I will have my first regular ob appointment with dr. day on Wednesday. I am not looking forward to the exam, and bloodwork, but I am excited to hear the heartbeat again, and I am going to ask dr. day what week we get to find out if its a boy or a girl:);)and since i'm having a repeat c-section, whats the earliest he'll let me plan to have it:):)
so I will update later this week:);)

11 weeks
here's info on baby ray-ray as daddy likes to call this baby!:)
Your fig-size baby is now fully formed — measuring 1 1/2 inches long and weighing in at a quarter of an ounce. His skin is still transparent, allowing many of his blood vessels to show through. Some of his bones are beginning to harden. His fingers and toes have separated, and he may soon be able to open and close his fists. He's already busy kicking and stretching, and his tiny movements are so fluid they look like water ballet. These movements will increase as his body grows and becomes more developed and functional. As your baby's diaphragm develops, he may also start getting the hiccups. Because he's still so small, you won't feel any of his aquatic workouts or intrauterine gulps for another month or so.

all about the wee one
This week in particular, the irises of their little eyes can function, but (frustratingly for them?) their eyelids remain fused shut for a while yet. The external ears are formed, and their inner ears are now filled with fluid—so your little one actually has started to develop their sense of balance. Your baby's little swimmer legs are still relatively short, although other developments are going forward at a nice pace: their kidney is actually functioning now, which means they’ve started urinating (this might seem charming now but wait till you have to start buying diapers!).

update on the bean:)
This week, your baby is about the size of a small lentil bean. Her brain, muscles, and bones are beginning to take shape. Her hands and feet resemble little paddles, with thick webbing still in place between her developing fingers and toes. And her tiny heart has begun beating. Though you probably won't actually feel anything for another ten weeks or so, she's about to make her very first movements.

Our New Baby
Your baby is now 1 to 2 millimeters long — about the size of a sesame seed — and enjoying his first huge growth spurt. He still resembles a tadpole more than anything else, but already the cells for his vital organs, including his kidneys and liver, are forming, and this week his heart will begin beating!!!

Let's talk about emma:)
She is such a joy! Bryan and I are both smitten with her! She is 15 months old now...Where did the time go on that one? Wow! We just had her appointment on Tuesday, she now weighs 22 pounds, and is 31 1/2 inches, and her noggin is 47 cm.
So for those of you who love the percentile charts, here is that info---For weight she is in the 25-50 percentile, for length she is 75'th-90'th percentile, and her noggin is in the 75'th-90'th.
I don't really enjoy the charts. A lot of people get freaked out by them, I just like to see that Em is growin!
Emma is talking up a storm these days, my favorite so far is when she said Good girl mama? Her favorite things are books...my girl could read all the day long! Her favorite show is get ready for this..here's a clue ...Can I buy a vowel? um yay thats right you read it right..her favorite show is WHEEL of Fortune:) She sits still during the entire show, and claps and turns back to make sure we're watching too!! Oh and by the way I am not one of "those" mommies who thinks their child is perfect..um No Emma is a pistol:) She is a sassy little thang--just like her mama:) The biggest challenge these days is being consistent. She is testing us, and I know thats normal. Bryan says she's bad I say shes' a 15 month old. Big Difference:)

from bryan
Please pray extra for me--andrea is way foul...and I'm afraid she may beat me!
thats it..
good bye and God bless!

good bye and God bless!
Oh my goodness--Oh my goodness!!

So on 9-4, I started testing- ok lets be honest it was way before then that I started testing:) I was 11 dpo....(days past ovulation)...technically supposed to wait till 14 dpo..but who can stand that:)
With Emma we started seeing 2 lines at day 11, so I thought ok this will be semi accurate...so I woke up at 5 a.m. and tested and watched and prayed, and low and behold I saw 2 faint pink lines!!!!! So I said um B i need you to look at this, I think theres a line!! He saw it also..but he was still asleeping..so I got up again at 7 and took another test:) Told you I was obsessed:) The line came up again..Bryan for sure saw it this time! So I called tam, ange, and mom who were super excited! I said oh Im just not sure so will you keep praying...Ang said a lines' a line..its for real! Those who know her know she is turbo:) Tam was guardingly excited- I told her we have to be:) So i woke up 9-5 and called Dr. Burwinkles and said may I please please have a beta done- I'm tired of wasting money on hpt:)
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!!

We found out Wednesday that God has blessed us again with a little miracle!! We are due May 20, 2007!! Emma and the new baby will be almost exactly 2 years apart!!
Emma's due date was May 19- of course she was a stubborn little thing, and decided she wasnt' makin an appearance until may 26!:) Our numbers look great. Hcg-45, Progesterone- 45.1!!
I will have a repeat beta on Friday morning!
My symptoms are I'm tired, tired and I'll admit it I am mood swing molly:) Poor Bryan and Emma:)
We have been talking to Emma about the baby, and yesterday she told Aunt Angela on the phone...mama- baby!! So sweet!!
